For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by sdy6d before a Member may complete their first withdrawal, encompassing identity document submission, selfie verification, and address confirmation where applicable. |

Access to and use of the sdy6d platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
21+ Strictly Enforced: sdy6d operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 years of age will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
To access the Services, you must complete the sdy6d registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, complete, and not misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sdy6d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account at all times. You must notify sdy6d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sdy6d will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
Your sdy6d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
sdy6d is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing the first withdrawal from any account. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time where sdy6d has reasonable grounds to verify a Member's identity, source of funds, or account activity.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following:
sdy6d aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document submission. Incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent submissions will be returned for re-submission and may extend the review period. Withdrawals are placed on hold during any pending KYC review.
sdy6d reserves the right to refuse account verification and to close an account where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with information provided during registration. In such cases, deposited real-money balances (net of any bonuses) may be returned to the originating payment source at sdy6d's sole discretion.
All financial transactions on the sdy6d platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sdy6d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of sdy6d.
sdy6d currently supports the following Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
sdy6d reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via platform announcement.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the sdy6d cashier. These limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and applicable promotional terms. sdy6d reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for e-wallet transactions and within the same business day for bank transfer transactions initiated before 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Transactions initiated after 21:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. sdy6d does not process withdrawals during scheduled platform maintenance windows.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request to a payment account not matching the Member's verified identity will be declined and may trigger a compliance review.
Note on Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on sdy6d are denominated exclusively in IDR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by sdy6d. What you deposit is what appears in your account balance, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
sdy6d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
The sdy6d Black Diamond VIP Programme operates under its own supplementary terms and conditions, which are communicated to qualifying Members directly by their designated personal account manager. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative qualifying wagering volume over a defined rolling period and is subject to review and adjustment at sdy6d's discretion.
Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent closure. sdy6d employs sophisticated pattern-detection systems to identify and act on promotional abuse.
All games and betting markets available on the sdy6d platform are governed by specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets or wagering real-money funds.
All sports betting markets on sdy6d — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, MotoGP Mandalika, and esports markets — are subject to sdy6d's Sportsbook Rules. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member and are correct at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled by the Member except where specifically permitted by the applicable market rules.
Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studio partners are governed by the rules of the individual game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, sdy6d's system will record the round outcome as determined by the studio provider's server. sdy6d is not liable for losses resulting from Member-side connection failures.
All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game information panel. sdy6d does not manipulate or adjust RNG outcomes.
sdy6d reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or game outcome. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the Member's account balance. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds ("palpable errors") will be void regardless of whether they have been confirmed by the system.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sdy6d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
sdy6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sdy6d reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or fraud prevention protocols. During a suspension, the Member's access to their account and funds will be restricted pending investigation.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sdy6d support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
Upon account termination for a Terms violation, all bonus funds, promotional balances, and VIP programme accruals are immediately forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at sdy6d's discretion subject to the outcome of any compliance investigation. sdy6d reserves the right to retain funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering pending investigation.
All content on the sdy6d platform — including but not limited to the sdy6d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, written content, and software — is the property of sdy6d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any sdy6d content without express prior written consent from sdy6d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sdy6d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Where sdy6d is found liable under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of sdy6d to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by sdy6d is governed by the sdy6d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to personal data matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

sdy6d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sdy6d will provide reasonable notice to existing Members via a platform announcement or email notification to the registered address on file. The amended Terms will be identified by an updated "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the sdy6d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.2 above.
